How far in advance should I contact you before my move?
Start as soon as possible! We recommend at least 1 month to allow time to research moving companies near Houston, compare quotes, and settle on the best choice.
Depending on the time of the year, we need anywhere from 1-4 weeks of notice to ensure availability. Summer months are generally closer to 4 weeks, but give us a call at (832) 458-5762 and we can let you know!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major debit/credit cards.
Debit/credit card payments (excluding the $100 deposit) are subject to a 3% Processing Fee.
Are you licensed and insured as Houston movers?
We are licensed & insured to operate our moving company in Houston Texas & the whole state of Texas. By law, all moving companies are required to carry insurance & liability coverage for damaged goods. Go to the TX DMV database and enter our USDOT No. 3712161 to see that our status is active or call them at 1-888-368-4689.
How and when do I pay for my move?
We require a $100 deposit to secure your move date which can be paid online or over the phone with a debit/credit card. The deposit secures your moving date and will be credited towards your total move cost.
The full cost of your move is due upon completion of our services. Your crew leader will provide a breakdown of line items before collecting payment. We accept cash, check, and all major debit/credit cards.
